Analysis of common faults of gas turbine flowmeter

There are several situations:

  (1) there is no output signal after the external power supply. If the flow rate of the pipeline is lower than the initial flow rate of the flowmeter or no flow rate of the flowmeter, the solution is to increase the flow rate of the fluid to meet the requirements of the flowmeter; If the connection of power supply, signal output, etc. is wrong, the solution is to check the circuit diagram to connect the circuit correctly; The problem can be solved by replacing the damaged electrical components when the accumulator preamplifier is damaged (when the calculator is not counted and the instantaneous value is "0") or when the driver amplifier circuit is not working (the calculator is working properly) .

  (2) there is no fluid flow, the flowmeter has flow indication. When the flowmeter is not grounded properly or is disturbed by other strong points and earthing, it should be grounded correctly and other interference should be eliminated If the power supply is unstable or other electrical interference, increase the power regulator and eliminate strong electrical, magnetic interference.

  (3) the instantaneous flow indication indicates that the sensitivity of the unstable amplifier is too high or too low, that the preamplifier is changed when there is excessive or insufficient pulse counting, that the turbine of the flowmeter is unstable, that the impeller is reinstalled or the dirt is removed.
