ALK-T100 hydraulic calibration table is an important auxiliary equipment in pressure instrument detection work, used in conjunction with pressure gauges to complete pressure instrument calibration and detection work. The calibration table is composed of high-quality pressure generating components, an open structure quick interface, a stabilizing valve, a shut-off valve, and a pressure regulating handle. Usage and Operation |
Unscrew the plug on the pressure output port, open the liquid cup shut-off valve and pressure regulator valve, add liquid, adjust the pressure rod and fine-tuning to the appropriate position, close the liquid cup shut-off valve, gently operate the pressure rod to guide the pressure liquid to the pressure output interface. Reinstall the standard meter and the verified meter, then operate the pressure rod to increase the pressure to 10-15 MPa, use fine-tuning to adjust to the calibration point, and check point by point until the full range is reached. After verification, open the shut-off valve and pressure regulator valve on the liquid cup in sequence to release pressure before removing the standard gauge and the inspected gauge.

Matters needing attention |
The calibration table should be placed on a flat and easy to operate surface, avoiding use in environments with highly corrosive gases and dust particles.
The output port connector is a specialized quick connector with a sealed end face. When installing the instrument, there is no need to use tools. Tighten it evenly with force. When the sealing surfaces are tightly attached to each other, tighten it 1-2 turns.
The output 1, 2, and 3 connectors are composed of two parts, top and bottom. When using, it is necessary to regularly check whether the lower locking screw is connected reliably. If the connection is not reliable, it may cause breakage under high pressure.
When the pressure on the pressure rod is heavy, please use a fine adjustment to increase the pressure, which will be easier.
The medium is calibration oil: After a period of use, if turbidity or impurities appear, new oil needs to be replaced.
The medium is pure water: when not in use, the pure water in the chamber should be poured out, and when in use, pure water should be added again.
