The AILEIKE ALKT9603 Pneumatic Calibration Bench is a precision calibration device designed for both fixed laboratory calibration and mobile on-site testing. Featuring an open-frame design, it offers effortless operation, smooth pressure ramping, excellent sealing performance, and easy maintenance. 2.2 Key Performance Features

Switching Valve: The core switching component. Operate under pressure-free conditions; pushing the valve switches it to positive pressure mode, while pulling it switches it to negative pressure mode. Switching under pressure will damage the valve structure and compromise sealing performance.

Pressure-Building Rod: The core component for manual pressure generation. Its mechanical design enables effortless pressurization, rapidly raising pressure to near the calibration value and reducing manual labor.

Fine-Tuning Valve: Used for small-range pressure adjustments to precisely calibrate to the target value. During positive and negative pressure measurements, the direction of fine-tuning must be adjusted in conjunction with the switching valve.

Shut-off Valve: Closes once pressure reaches the target range, locking the current pressure to prevent fluctuations and ensure stable pressure during calibration.

Pressure Relief Valve: Closed during measurement; opened after calibration to release pressure and quickly return it to zero. Must be opened slowly during operation to prevent sudden pressure drops that could damage the instrument.

Filter: Filters impurities and contaminants from the gas flow, preventing pollutants from entering the instrument under test or the equipment, thereby extending the service life of both the equipment and the instrument.

Internal Threaded Quick-Connect Fitting: Enables quick installation and removal of pressure instruments. When paired with an M20x1.5 plug, it seals unused output ports to prevent pressure leakage.

Operation and Maintenance Guide

Operating Procedure

Pressure Calibration

First, connect the meter under test to the “Meter Under Test” port and the standard meter to the “Standard” port. Push the switch valve knob in, open the shut-off valve, turn the pressure adjustment knob counterclockwise to release pressure, close the relief valve, and use the hand lever to pressurize to approximately 0.5–4.0 MPa. Then close the shut-off valve and use the pressure adjustment knob to pressurize to the required pressure. To relieve pressure, first open the relief valve, then open the shut-off valve.

Vacuum Calibration

First, connect the meter under test to the test port and the standard gauge to the standard port. Pull the switch valve knob outward, open the shut-off valve, and turn the pressure adjustment knob clockwise to tighten it. Close the relief valve, then use the hand pump to evacuate the system to the required vacuum level. To relieve pressure, first open the relief valve, then open the shut-off valve.

Precautions

1. This equipment should be used within the rated pressure range whenever possible; over-range use is prohibited.

2. Pressure/vacuum conversion must be performed under pressure-free conditions.

3. The calibration bench should be placed on a stable workbench and avoided in environments with corrosive gases or dust particles.

4. If not in use for an extended period, store the equipment in a dry environment free of corrosive gases.

5. Apply even force when operating the lever to pressurize; do not use excessive force when opening or closing valves.

6. Regularly clean impurities from the filter to prevent premature wear of the equipment.
