Operation and Maintenance Guide
Operating Procedure
Positive Pressure Testing
Unscrew the plug from the outlet connector, set the fine-tuning knob to the appropriate position (middle position), press the selector switch in, connect the standard gauge and the gauge under test, and close the vent valve. When the pressure reaches approximately 3.5 MPa using the operating lever, close the pressure-stabilizing valve. Use the fine-tuning knob to adjust the pressure to approximately 10.5 MPa, allow it to stabilize for 1–2 minutes, and then use the fine-tuning knob to adjust to the calibration point. After the test is complete and the pressure has been released, the test gauge and standard gauge may be removed.
Vacuum Testing
Unscrew the plug from the outlet connector, set the fine-tuning knob to the appropriate position (center position), pull out the selector switch, connect the standard gauge and the gauge under test, and close the vent valve. Operate the lever to create a vacuum; when the pressure reaches approximately -0.1 MPa, allow it to stabilize for 1–2 minutes. Use the fine-tuning knob to adjust to the calibration point, and test point by point down to zero.
Precautions
Place the calibration bench on a flat, easily accessible surface and avoid using it in environments containing highly corrosive gases or dust particles. The instrument under test should be properly cleaned to prevent contaminants from entering the test circuit.
The outlet connector is a dedicated quick-connect fitting. When installing the instrument using a face seal, no tools are required. Tighten evenly by hand; once the sealing surfaces are in contact, tighten an additional 1–2 turns.
The outlet connector consists of two parts (upper and lower). During use, frequently check whether the lower locking screw is securely fastened. If the connection is unreliable, it may come loose under high pressure.
When the lever feels heavy to operate, use the fine-tuning pressure adjustment for easier operation.
