1、Mainly used for bottom discharge of reactors, storage tanks, and other containers.
2、The structural design is flat bottomed, with a V-shaped valve body and providing two working modes for the valve disc: lifting and lowering. The inner cavity of the valve body is equipped with a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing ring. When opening the valve, it can protect the valve body from being washed and corroded by the medium, and the sealing ring is specially treated to have high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
3、The valve disc seal is welded with hard alloy on the cover as needed, and the sealing pair adopts line sealing to ensure the reliability of the seal and prevent scarring. Meanwhile, a short stroke valve disc design is adopted. Widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes, and food processing.
