INTRODUCTION
Thermal couple used as temperature sensor for industry temperaturemeasurement,normal used together with other instruments like display instruments ,recorder and electric adjustment instruments .It can test surface or solid temperature from 0~1300℃ of liquid ,steam or gas .

Working principle
The electrode of thermal couple is composed of two different conductor materials. When there is a temperature difference between the testing side and the reference side, the thermal electric potential will be generated, and temperature recorder will show the digital temperature corresponding to the thermal electric potential.

The thermal couple working environment is from 20 ℃ ± 15 ℃, the humidity is not more than 80%, and the testing voltage is 500 ±50V (DC) electrode and resistance between weld pipe should more than 1000m Ω. m
