Description
Alkzz-140 is used to inject high-pressure sealing grease into flange and high-pressure valve and to test the pressure of small capacity high-pressure products. Grease injection and pressure test of various valves in oil field, chemical pipeline, pressure vessel and maintenance base are applied.
Method of use
1. Select the connecting head nut of the grease injection gun head (two kinds of nuts 1M20 × 1.521 "- 14 teeth in front of the grease injection barrel) if the connection thread on the valve or pipe is M20 × 1.5, place the M20 × 1.5 nut in the front head,and vice versa, the nut with 1"-14 teeth.
2. Unscrew the screw cover at the front end of the grease injection barrel (note: the front end of the cap is equipped with connectors M20 × 1.5 and 1 "- 14 nuts).
3. Put the sealing grease or butter that needs to be injected into the grease injection gun barrel and compaction it.
4. Tighten the rotating cover of the grease injection barrel.
5. Tighten the grease injection gun head in front of the grease injection barrel to the connection port on the valve or pipe.
6. Connect the fast joint at the back end of the grease injection barrel with the fast master joint in front of the tubing of the ultra-high pressure manual pump.
7. Tighten the unloading handwheel and handle on the manual pump until the seal grease or butter is injected.
8. Repeat the above actions if you need to do so many times.
9. If the length of the grease injection tubing is not enough, one of the tubing equipped in the box can be used (rotating the grease injection gun head in front of the grease injection barrel, spinning into the internal thread at one end of the tubing, and the other end of the tubing into the position of the original grease injection gun head in the barrel, and ensuring that the rotation is tight without leakage).
Pressure test
When the injection of sealing grease or grease is finished, fill the injection (sealing grease or grease) again and continue to press in the gun barrel to see whether the pressure index shown on the pressure gauge assembled on the manual pump meets the requirements. If not, continue to press the handle until the pointer reaches the required pressure
After the pressure test, carefully disassemble the equipment and put it into the aluminum alloy packing box after wiping it clean
